AGENCIES ARE:

  • Narcotics Control Board
  • Directorate of Signal Intelligence
  • Bureau
  • Central Bureau of Investigation
  • Commissioner of Police, Delhi
  • Enforcement Directorate
  • Cabinet Secretary (RAW)
  • Directorate of Revenue Intelligence 
It IS clear that any person, service provider, owner of any computer resource is bound to these agencies. Failure to cooperate will result seven years jail and fine.
